DESCRIPTION:\n\nOn June 22nd we will be Sitting in the Light. Katie Jeresky
 \, (Sound Therapist Certified Forest Therapy Guide and Community Herbal
 ist) and Claire Beach (Earth Dreamer\, Wonder Seeker &amp\; Nature Thera
 py Guide) have come together to create a magical one day retreat. We invi
 te you to join as we cherish the light and all that nature provides to us 
 at this time of year.\n\nWith all that is happening in the world\, sometim
 es it’s hard to choose to sit in the light instead of holding\, witnessi
 ng and working against the darkness. Nature reminds us that it is equally 
 important to kindle the light in the world and allow ourselves to be nouri
 shed. On June 22nd\, we are choosing to create a day to celebrate the ligh
 t of the Solstice at a private nature sanctuary just north of Kingston.\n\
 nDate: June 22nd\, 2024\n\nTime: 1:00-7:00pm\n\nLocation: 1057 Otter Po
 int Lane\n\nThis offering includes:\n\n3 hour guided Forest Bathing walk g
 uided by Claire\n\n1.5 hour Sound Bath and so much more with Katie\n\nLake
