SUMMARY:Rise and Shine Walk
DESCRIPTION:Rise and Shine forest walk will explore the forest in the morni

based practice that connect us to nature—a place that can reduce stress
levels\, help us think more clearly and nurture creativity. It is rooted i
n the  Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku\, which translates to ’forest
bathing’.\n\nHow it works: A forest walk typically takes 2 hours. The w
alks are slow\, following approximately a 1 km trail\, providing time for
discussions and contemplative exercises. We wrap up the walk by sharing a
nature tea prepared by me. Participants should wear hiking footwear and dr

SUMMARY:Earth Day Walk
DESCRIPTION:Let's celebrate Earth Day with a guided forest walk!\n\nWhat is
forest therapy? These guided walks are a researched-based practice that
connect us to nature—a place that can reduce stress levels\, help us thi
nk more clearly and nurture creativity. It is rooted in the  Japanese pra
ctice of Shinrin-Yoku\, which translates to ’forest bathing’.\n\nHow i
t works: A forest walk typically takes 2 hours. The walks are slow\, foll
owing approximately a 1 km trail\, providing time for discussions and cont
emplative exercises. We wrap up the walk by sharing a nature tea prepared
by me. Participants should wear hiking footwear and dress for their comfor
t in the forest (view the weather forecast). Join me for a forest walk and
  re-connect with nature!\n\n&nbsp\;
