DESCRIPTION:Healthcare professionals work hard to care for others\, time to
  let nature take care of you. Join us for a gentle mindfulness walk in whe
 re we connect deeply with our senses and the nature around us\, and find p
 eace as we immerse ourselves in the restorative natural environment. \n\nF
 orest therapy is not a strenuous hike or a naturalist walk\; this practice
  is about slowing down and being present without the need to “do” anyt
 hing. This practice is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku\,
  or “forest bathing\,” with many research-backed physical and mental b
 enefits. \n\nNicole (she/her) is a forest therapy guide\, certified by the
  Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and a Practicing Kinesiol
 ogist with 20 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation.
