SUMMARY:Growing Together: A Forest Bathing Series for Parents and Babies
DESCRIPTION:This gentle\, outdoor parent–baby program offers caregivers a
  chance to slow down\, connect\, and spend meaningful time in nature with 
 their babies. The series is grounded in forest bathing\, a guided\, eviden
 ce-informed practice that supports wellbeing through mindful\, sensory-bas
 ed time outdoors.\nGuided by a certified forest bathing guide and occupati
 onal therapist\, each 90-minute session includes a warm welcome and orient
 ation\, a grounding exercise\, and a series of gentle invitations to explo
 re nature using the senses. After most invitations\, participants are offe
 red an optional moment of reflection and brief group sharing to support co
 nnection and community.\nSessions are slow-paced\, inclusive\, and designe
 d for parents with pre-moving babies\, with space for rest\, curiosity\, a
 nd relationship-building. Each gathering closes with a simple ritual\, suc
 h as a short poem or quiet moment of integration.\nThis program takes plac
 e at Patterson Creek Park.
