DESCRIPTION:Helping you bring adventure back into your life while leaving t
 he anxiety behind\n\nAre you an adventurous Veteran who is struggling to g
 et out in the world?\n\nAre you experiencing:\n\n 	Hypervigilance?\n 	Diff
 iculties leaving the house?\n 	Disconnection from nature?\n 	Loss of ident
 ity?\n 	Lack of sleep?\n 	High anxiety?\n\nAre these symptoms interfering 
 in your daily life and making it more difficult to be the person you would
  loke to be? Nature therapy could be right for you.\n\nNature therapy allo
 ws participants the opportunity to:\n\n 	Interact with nature and animals 
 in a small group\n 	Practice mindfulness in an outdoor setting\n 	Settle y
 our nervous system and explore nature using guided prompts\n\nThis session
