Cette initiative est men\u00e9e par la Sylvoth\u00e9rapie et intervention par la nature du Canada (SINC), une communaut\u00e9 grandissante de guides qui aident les gens \u00e0 se reconnecter avec la nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi la sylvoth\u00e9rapie, et pourquoi maintenant?<br><\/strong>Aujourd\u2019hui, plusieurs personnes au Canada vivent du stress, se sentent d\u00e9connect\u00e9es ou portent le poids de la vie moderne. La sylvoth\u00e9rapie offre une invitation douce : ralentir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspir\u00e9e de la pratique japonaise du Shinrin-yoku (bain de for\u00eat), la sylvoth\u00e9rapie n\u2019est pas une activit\u00e9 sportive. Ce n\u2019est pas une randonn\u00e9e. C\u2019est un moment de pr\u00e9sence. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de petites invitations sensorielles, on commence \u00e0 remarquer le mouvement des branches, l\u2019odeur des pins, le calme de la for\u00eat. Et quelque chose change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre respiration devient plus profonde. Notre corps se d\u00e9tend. On se sent plus connect\u00e9 au monde qui nous entoure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lien avec la Semaine de la sant\u00e9 mentale, cette journ\u00e9e nous rappelle que le bien-\u00eatre ne vient pas toujours d\u2019un m\u00e9dicament. Parfois, il pousse doucement sous nos pieds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9couvrez les ami(e)s des arbres au Canada <\/strong>Au c\u0153ur de cette initiative, il y a quelque chose de simple, joyeux et un peu ludique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nous allons prendre des arbres dans nos bras.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 3 mai, des guides de sylvoth\u00e9rapie partout au pays vont partager des photos et des histoires avec un arbre qu\u2019ils aiment. Chaque arbre est diff\u00e9rent. Chaque histoire est unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/natureforesttherapycanada.org\/guides\/\">la carte interactive du SINC<\/a>, les Canadien(ne)s peuvent <a href=\"https:\/\/natureforesttherapycanada.org\/guides\/\">d\u00e9couvrir les guides<\/a> pr\u00e8s de chez eux, \u00eatre guid\u00e9(e)s et voir la for\u00eat autrement, pas seulement comme un paysage, mais comme une relation avec un \u00e9change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est une invitation \u00e0 prendre une pause, \u00e0 regarder\u2026 et aussi \u00e0 participer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Canada ! Caressez un arbre! <\/strong>Nous invitons tous les Canadien(ne)s \u00e0 sortir dehors et \u00e0 se joindre \u00e0 nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trouve un arbre, n\u2019importe lequel. Dans ta cour, dans un parc, ou sur un sentier que tu connais. Pose ta main sur son tronc. Approche-toi un peu plus.
