Join Certified Forest Therapy Guide Emma Rooney of Blooming Caravan for a free Mindful Mornings in High Park walk. Together we’ll slow down, connect with nature and one another, and discover what it feels like to meet new tree strangers as well as fellow nature lovers — sharing a gentle moment of belonging under the canopy.
Talk to a Stranger Week celebrates the simple, meaningful power of saying hello. This national campaign, organized by GenWell and supported by Nature and Forest Therapy of Canada (NFTC/SINC), is designed to educate, empower, and catalyze Canadians about the many benefits of talking to strangers — for our social health, mental well-being, and sense of community.
We’ll meet outside the Grenadier Café, in the heart of High Park. TTC: High Park Station (10–12 minute walk). Free parking at the Café; washrooms inside.
