Kinwood Echoes offers guided Forest Therapy walks rooted in seasonal awareness, relational presence, and research-informed practice.
March is a threshold month — where winter softens and early signs of spring begin to emerge. These walks invite participants to slow down, awaken the senses, and experience nature as both teacher and co-regulator.
Each session follows the ANFT relational sequence of invitations, shared reflection, and a closing tea circle. Research in environmental psychology and public health continues to show that time spent in natural settings supports stress reduction, emotional regulation, cognitive restoration, and overall well-being.
These walks are designed to strengthen local community connection while offering accessible, evidence-informed nature experiences.
Kinwood Echoes also collaborates with schools and community organizations to offer nature-based well-being programs.
All adults are welcome. No prior experience required.
