-time to use the washroom

Noon-1:00pm—-Beth will welcome everyone, invite introductions and time to share nuggets of best practice.

1:00-3:30Forest Bathing with each other—Anna will show us great spots for POP, WIM, Sitspot and Invitations, as we wander out into her beautiful property and guide each other

3:30-4:00 linger, chat, reconnect and feel free to leave when needed, recognizing that everyone will be travelling on this day
