Join Laurel Martin, certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, on a guided Nature Therapy Walk in the beautiful Meadowlily Woods. This is an opportunity to slow down and immerse your senses in nature. Studies have shown many physical and mental benefits come from spending intentional time in natural environments. Likewise, sharing these kinds of experiences with others has also been shown to have positive impacts on our health.
This gentle walk will be 1.5 hours. Dress warmly as some of our time will be spent in place.
