Whether you’re drawn to Forest Bathing for its health benefits, seeking a greater sense of peace and presence, or considering becoming a Forest Therapy Guide, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to step away from daily distractions and embrace a different way of being in nature. In a serene and wild setting, you will be guided to gradually slow down, unwind, and engage your senses in ways designed to deepen your relationship with the natural world while also supporting your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
This retreat is offered in partnership with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT), a global leader in training certified forest therapy guides and promoting the development and practice of forest therapy. Led by experienced ANFT trainers, Discovery Retreats take place in stunning locations around the world, offering unique opportunities to experience the practice alongside like-minded and like-hearted individuals. If after the retreat you decide that you want to become a Forest Therapy Guide, ANFT will give you a discount on the training tuition.

Lodging & Food
You’ll have your choice of shared or private cottage that has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, connection, and tranquillity. Screened windows allow fresh mountain air to flow in while keeping bugs out, and cozy duvets with extra blankets ensure warmth on cooler evenings. There is no electricity, TV, fans, air-conditioning, heat, or Wi-Fi—just the simplicity of nature.
You’ll have access to a shared outdoor treehouse shower and a composting toilet—either shared or private, depending on your booking—as well as sinks with running water for your convenience. These are not your typical composting toilets! Rest assured, they are modern, well-maintained, and odour-free, offering a clean and comfortable experience.
The folks at Wild Heart Spirit Heart believe that true health is rooted in nature, and their meals reflect this philosophy. Each day, fresh, hearty, and nourishing plant-based dishes will be prepared for our group. Even if you’re not accustomed to a plant-based diet, this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy wholesome, satisfying meals that celebrate natural ingredients.
