Forest Bathing for Families is a playful, immersive and at times a quiet experience as we listen, watch and notice all that is happening in the forest. Children of all ages are welcome.

Certified Nature Therapy Guide Claire Beach will guide families on a slow and gentle walk offering simple invitations to draw us all into a deeper connection to our natural world. Both children and grownups will take turns leading as we all learn from each other through the beautiful forest and lake in Frontenac Park.

This walk will be 1.5 hours long. You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy after our walk. More details on ‘what to expect’, ‘what to bring’, ‘what to wear’ will be shared by email to all who register.

Side effects of Forest Bathing can include; Reduced Stress, Increased Immunity, Laughter, Better Sleep, Enhanced Creativity and so much more. Come wander and find wonder again.

One tree will be planted for each person who comes on this walk through One Tree Planted. If cost is a concern, please reach out. There is always a way to walk Among the Trees.
