Forest Bathing in Frontenac
Gift yourself time to make the short drive to Frontenac Provincial Park for a guided, Forest Bathing walk.
Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Claire Beach will guide this walk along the Doe Lake trail. Come immerse yourself in the forest through simple invitations and find a deeper connection to our natural world. Unplug, relax and allow the goodness of the forest to soothe your mind, nourish your body & rejuvenate your soul. This is so much more than a walk in the woods!
This walk will be 2.5 hours in length & include a special forest tea. More details on ‘what to expect’, ‘what to bring’, ‘what to wear’ will be shared by email to all who register.
