Does ADHD ever make life feel chaotic, overwhelming, or constantly “behind”?
Many adults with ADHD—and parents of children with ADHD—describe struggling with focus, emotional overwhelm, and a mind that never seems to slow down.
But ADHD also brings strengths: creativity, curiosity, energy, and unique ways of seeing the world.
The Nature Guided ADHD Program offers a different approach.
This 6-week outdoor, nature-based group uses nature, guided activities, and discussion to help participants:
- View ADHD from a strength-based perspective
• Harness the curiosity and creativity of ADHD
• Feel more settled and regulated in the body
• Build tools for emotional regulation
• Improve focus through nature-based practices
• Connect with yourself, others, and the natural world
