Healthcare professionals work hard to care for others, time to let nature take care of you. Join us for a gentle mindfulness walk in where we connect deeply with our senses and the nature around us, and find peace as we immerse ourselves in the restorative natural environment.
Forest therapy is not a strenuous hike or a naturalist walk; this practice is about slowing down and being present without the need to “do” anything. This practice is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “forest bathing,” with many research-backed physical and mental benefits.
Nicole (she/her) is a forest therapy guide, certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and a Practicing Kinesiologist with 20 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation.
