Did you know that spending time in nature is one of the most effective ways to improve your mental and physical well-being? As a certified guide, I’m passionate about helping people experience the healing power of the outdoors through guided forest walks.

These walks aren’t just a stroll through the woods—they’re an invitation to slow down, engage your senses, and truly connect with the natural world. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, boost your mood, or simply take a mindful break, a guided walk is the perfect way to recharge and reconnect.

Participants should wear hiking footwear and dress for their comfort in the forest (weather). This event will also include an opportunity to share in circle and enjoy a nature tea.

Join Susan (Forest Therapy Guide, ANFT) on a trail in the forest and immerse yourself in nature. This is part of an ongoing series of forest bathing walks with the City of Cambridge.
